Using IMAP for sending notes doesnt work. There is always a message about not being able to connect to the server.

It is very fast, like the author says. Unfortunately, I find that its also very buggy. For example, when you first start the app it asks you what email address you want to send to. You can change that later by modifying the field inside Captios preferences tab inside Settings. Unfortunately, its difficult to get that adjustment to "stick". I had to make the change three times before the messages actually started getting sent to the new address. Worse, though, if you type in some text before you take a picture in the app, the text you entered is lost when you take a picture. Its very frustrating. Basically, if youre going to make some notes about something you see, you must remember to take the picture first (a slow process on an iPhone 3GS) before you enter the notes. Hopefully the author will address these issues in an update and, more to the point, perform more thorough quality assurance before its release.

I found that many emails do not make it to my inbox. In fact kinda like they are never sent. I am an IT manager and checked spam controls etc. Seems like they never make it to my system. Even tried a gmail address. Same result. Too bad cause if they can fix that issue this app is 5+ stars.

Works for photos but not when sending text only which was my main reason for buying it. If this could be fixed it would be excellent!!

Simple, and powerful. I was sending myself reminder emails in meetings all the time … now its one click. Brilliant.

This is a perfect little app which is easily one of my most often used. It does exactly one thing - send a quick email to one stored address with one click - and it does it absolutely perfectly and simply. Ive been eagerly awaiting an update for iOS 7 and now that its here, Im very pleased. The new version looks great and works as perfectly as always. Never change!

I love this app it is great for people using GTD and it lets me just dump stuff towards my inbox so I can keep it off my mind. I was very impressed when I was on the subway and realized that even though it didnt have a network connection it was going to save my thought and send it as soon as it could.
